Localising global design intent through detailed coordination, compliance, and on-site delivery.
• Localising global luxury brand designs to meet Australian design regulations without compromising brand intent
• Collaborating with overseas design teams to review and adapt designs for local feasibility
• Overseeing all project stages, including tender documentation, authority approvals, and overall project support
• Conducting regular site visits and addressing on-site challenges, acting as the client’s local representative
• Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to uphold luxury brand standards throughout delivery
