Restaurant Ka

Our team was engaged to develop the interior design fit-out for Restaurant Ka, a highly intimate dining experience centred around the concept of a chef’s table. Designed to host just 10 guests per seating, the space is anchored by a polished marble bar, placing the kitchen and chef at the heart of the dining experience.

The interior is deliberately restrained, creating a warm, domestic atmosphere that encourages connection and shared experience. Soft, neutral finishes, subtle lighting, and carefully considered proportions foster a sense of closeness, inviting diners to slow down and engage with both the food and one another.

Personal elements, including black-and-white prints of the chef’s children integrated into the wallpaper, introduce a quiet sense of home and authenticity. Seated closely around the bar, guests are drawn into conversation with their neighbours and host, resulting in a dining environment that feels immersive, personal, and deeply connected.
